We went to Washington for an Eav family reunion. Yes, there are 23 of us now! How insane is that? We had so much fun hanging out in the sun together. The first day we got there, we celebrated Eav's birthday by going to a county fair in Snohomish. She was so excited to celebrate her birthday with her cousins. We loved seeing everyone and hanging out. We went to the beach, went swimming, had bon fires in my sister's awesome backyard and watched all the grandkids play with each other. It was mayhem but so so fun for everyone.
Eav is my Golden Pig. According to the Chinese Zodiac, the "Golden" Pig only happens every 600 years and brings a prosperous and wealthy life. She was born right when the real estate market and the rest of the economy crashed. Not the best start but she has many years to make up for it. Eav has brought us so much joy, excitement, energy, and love. She has such a zest for life and when she does something, she does it 100%. She is determined and hardworking. Once her mind is set, she'll make it happen. She also has an amazing sense of compassion for others. She is sensitive to other's needs and is quick to come to another's aid. I love that about her. She is always so willing to help her family and friends. She loves to help me with anything I have to do and is always so eager. She loves to help me cook, get dressed, clean and even clean her room. She is so meticulous in her cleaning. She won't leave one thing out of place. Sounds a little like her mommy. She is so detailed and remembers every face and lyric to a song. She has an incredible memory. I love spending time with her singing and dancing, reading, working on letters and numbers, cuddling, scratching each other's backs, braiding each other's hair, doing makeup, painting nails, having picnics and tea parties and jumping on the trampoline. We've been so blessed to have Eav with us these last 4 years. I love you so much.
