Our NYC trip starts with Grandma. We couldn't have done it without her. She came for 5 days so that Rawley and I could get away. She was amazing, as usual, with the kids and their schedules. What a wonderful Grandma! Our kids adore her.
We got to do so much while we were there. It was nonstop all day, everyday. We started in Brooklyn and got to see Darren's school where he teaches. We saw his classroom and met some of the students and teachers. It was awesome seeing Darren in his element.
We stayed in Harlem with Darren. We had some serious soul food and enjoyed the cool vibe and culture of Harlem. Darren and Candice were great tour guides. It was so fun exploring the city with them.
